Role and Responsibilities

At MetLife my responsibilities are split into Product support, Visionary work and Design System support.

The product I primarily support the Employer Enrollment, working closely with their team, identifying and filling UX needs as well as supporting new feature requests and enhancements identified by business.

Typically leading contractors, Visionary work consists of identifying products or features in need of enhancements and creating enhanced prototypes leveraging our modernized design system and overall improved UX.

I also am part of the Design System team, where we maintain and develop new components to support our modernized design system.
