Role and Responsibilities

At MetLife, I am part of the Design System team, where I maintain and develop new components to support our multiple design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across various enterprise products. My efforts support both a platform migration (XD to Figma) and a brand refresh, essentially aiding in the creation of an entirely new design system for 2026.

Previously, my responsibilities included Product support and Visionary work. I supported the Employer Enrollment product, working closely with their team to identify and fill UX needs while supporting new feature requests and enhancements identified by business. Through Visionary work—typically leading contractors—I identified products or features in need of enhancement and created improved prototypes leveraging our modernized design system and overall enhanced UX.
